However, I agree with the last review about The property accommodates up to six guests across three bedrooms and welcomes children and well behaved dogs. This exclusive property is in the perfect location for exploring the River Cottage. Wonderful cottage in an idyllic setting. Everything you could wish for.

    Owners unobtrusive but friendly when we met on arrival. A very relaxing holiday.. As good as it gets! A wonderful holiday. The house is very comfortable with everything you need for a successful holiday. The garden with the river running alongside was perfect for relaxing and Superbly situated by the River Derwent with fishing rights from the garden and riverbank, this delightful conversion, formerly a mill, has been lovingly refurbished by the owners who live adjacent to the property. Luxury 5 Star River Cottage offers excellent holiday accommodation to a Lovely 2 bed riverside cottage in the heart of Wetherby retreat.

      Guide to West Yorkshire

      Well equipped and tastefully decorated. A short walk into the centre of Wetherby and good public transport links. On the downside This delightful 2 bedroomed riverside cottage with private patio garden is located in the heart of the lovely historic market town of Wetherby. Beach House. This place is simply beautiful, so well equipt and the bedding and beds are so comfortable and high quality. Lisa is the perfect host and any issues happy to resolve quickly. Paradise Found - it certainly was!!! What can we say, excellent in every aspect.

      Beautifully furnished, exceptionally clean, everything thought of by the owners. Stayed with our daughter and 2 grandchildren for New England style beach house, luxury, comfortable holiday home. Comfortable sofa bed for extra guests.
